Personal development

Move ahead with Crédit Agricole Group!

Crédit Agricole Group is committed to the personal development and fulfillment of its employees. We have a continuous professional development policy enabling our employees to adapt their skills to their positions throughout their careers, thus enjoying an interesting and varied professional life.

The group invests nearly €235 million each year in employee training schemes, in France and worldwide. In 2008 nearly 80% of all employees received training.
On average, employees receive between 36 and 55 hours of training a year via a number of skills development modules, whether through training courses, mentoring or participation in working groups. There are several topics: e-learning, international training, «risk» awareness (IT, banking, compliance, the struggle against money-laundering), career development, integration days etc.

The group uses a number of specially adapted tools to support employees as they progress. This approach is based on a sense of mutual commitment between the company and its employees.
