Our recruitment processes

Interns – Work-study participants (contract < 24 months)

1. Submitting your application

Submit your application on our recruitment (in the Applicants section) or at our stand at job forums.

2. Pre-selection

Your application will be reviewed by Human Resources. You will get an answer within two weeks. If you are pre-selected, your CV will be forwarded to the Manager.

3. Operational interview

If you are selected, you will be invited to an operational interview with a manager. Feel free to consult our advice pages to prepare your application and your future interview.

4. Application selected

Your application has been selected! You will receive a formal job offer and a contract will be drawn up.
This process takes about two months.

Work-study participants (contract > 24 months) – Graduates applicant for permanent contrats

1. Submitting your application

Submit your application on our recruitment site (in the Applicants section) or at our stand at job forums.

2. Pre-selection

Your application will be reviewed by Human Resources. You will get an answer within two weeks. If you are pre-selected, you will be asked to complete online aptitude test. Based on the results of your tests, your application will be forwarded to the Manager.

3. Operational interview

If you are selected, you will be invited to an operational interview with a manager. Feel free to consult our advice pages to prepare your application and your future interview.

4. HR Interview

If the Manager wishes to move forward with your application, you will be asked to interview with Human Resources. For a permanent contract, you will be asked to complete a personality questionnaire.

5. Application selected

Your application has been selected! You will receive a formal job offer and a contract will be drawn up.
This process takes about two months.

International Corporate Volunteers – Graduates

1. Submitting your application

2. Pre-selection

Your application will be reviewed by Human Resources. You will get an answer within two weeks. If you are pre-selected, you will be asked to complete online aptitude tests. Based on the results of your tests, your application will be forwarded to the Manager.

3. Operational interview

If the Manager wishes to move forward with your application, you will be asked to interview with Human Resources and possibly to complete a personality questionnaire.

General Inspection

1. Submitting your application

Submit your application on our recruitment website.

2. Pre-selection

You will get an answer within two weeks. If your application is pre-selected by HR, you will be asked to complete aptitude tests.

3. Exam

If your application is selected, you will be invited to take a written exam, including a summary exercise in French and an English test.

4. Interviews

If you pass the written exam, you will be asked to interview with Human Resources and members of the General Inspection Department.

5. Application selected

If you pass the written exam, you will be asked to interview with Human Resources and members of the General Inspection Department. This process takes about four months.

How to follow the status of your application ?

In your applicant area, under “My messages”, you will find all the responses you have received. You can also keep track of your application. One of these eight statuses will be displayed:

1. Your CV is being considered
2. Aptitude tests (if the vacancy for which you have applied requires them)
3. Personality questionnaire (if the vacancy requires it)
4. CV sent by the Human Resources department to the relevant manager
5. You are invited for an interview
6. Your application is accepted (if applicable)
7. Your application is not accepted (if applicable)
8. Application withdrawn (you may decide to withdraw your application at any time)
