Formed in 1986 by a group of company managers, IMS - Entreprendre pour la Cité is a non-profit organisation comprising 230 firms with a combined total of more than three million employees that pursue Corporate Social Responsibility programmes. IMS's members are convinced that companies can only truly develop in a healthy environment, using an approach to create value and share it with their ecosystem.
In view of this, the organisation helps firms contribute to human development, especially in the areas of diversity and access to employment, equal opportunities in education, community-based partnerships and development of inclusive businesses.
As the leader of the IMS91 business club, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance is active in promoting access to employment for young graduates from diverse backgrounds. In particular, as part of IMS's Employment and Diversity programme, it has taken part in arranging simulation workshops to help job applicants prepare for interviews.

The aim of the Group's partnership with Mozaïk RH is to meet young graduates from the inner cities, inform them about Crédit Agricole's businesses and select quality candidates for the Group. This specialised recruitment agency identifies job applicants with the best profiles from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Two annual one-day events, Mozaïk Stages and Mozaïk Alternance, put inner-city students in touch with companies, including the Crédit Agricole Group.

Since 2008 the Group has partnered Nos Quartiers ont des Talents, a non-profit organisation that helps young graduates, mainly from disadvantaged neighbourhoods, to find work. Through a system of individual mentoring by Group managers, some 100 young people each year are coached by 40 or so members of staff. Crédit Agricole also takes part in the organisation's annual national conference, when thousands of students have the opportunity to meet professionals and seek advice.
