Disability

Values and Commitment

Crédit Agricole Group is committed to enhancing all kinds of skills.

In recent years, Crédit Agricole Group has been active in the employment of disabled people and has set ambitious targets, notably the recruitment of 640 disabled employees, including 300 on long-term contracts, through two key agreements:

  • an agreement, initially signed in 2005 and renewed for 2011-2013, which applies to Crédit Agricole S.A. and its subsidiaries,
  • an agreement, initially signed in 2006 and renewed for 2011-2015, which applies to the 39 Regional Banks of Crédit Agricole.

Integration and sustained employment

Crédit Agricole Group is conscious of its social responsibility and remains true to its principal values of solidarity, openness, accountability and entrepreneurship. The Group is now intensifying its active policy of hiring, integrating and retaining disabled employees.

One commitment, many initiatives

Over 3,092 different adaptations of equipment and buildings have been made and enabled the continued employment of disabled staff or improved working conditions. Since 2006, more than 2,447 disabled employees have joined Crédit Agricole Group, including 707 on long-term contracts and 1,330 part-time students.

As a committed advocate of diversity, Crédit Agricole Group has an active recruitment policy for disabled people.
